Investing can also be
a way to build
Natura Retreat is designed for those seeking purpose-driven participation and a long-term vision.
Explore the projectMore than accommodation.
It is a business model.
Some travelers seek more than a destination: nature, wellbeing and transformative experiences. Natura Retreat responds to that search from Colombia, welcoming a domestic and international audience.
This is not a traditional real estate development. It is a hotel model that brings together accommodation, retreats, workshops and immersive programs to generate revenue through high-value experiences.
- High-quality ecological infrastructure
- Curated experiences and wellbeing programs
- Planned coworking and gathering spaces
- Centralized professional operations
The proposal goes beyond accommodation: it is designed to create value through every experience offered.
A space designed to
live differently
Natura Retreat is more than a financial asset. It is a place where nature, wellbeing and community become part of your life.
A forest and nature setting. A place that truly lets you disconnect—not a backdrop.
Workshops, immersions, sound therapy and rituals. An ecosystem designed to help you reconnect with yourself.
A culinary proposal that celebrates the land—designed to accompany every stay.
People who share a vision. A circle that nourishes itself and grows.
This is not simply a hotel you visit on vacation.
It is a place that can become part of your life.
How does the model work?
A model connecting participation, personal enjoyment and hotel management, with clear rules for every stage.
Participation from the beginning
Natura Retreat is designed to combine personal enjoyment of a cabin with participation in its hotel operation. The complete structure is presented during the private conversation.
Natura coordinates the operation
The model contemplates centralized management of reservations, guest service, cleaning, maintenance and marketing, within the agreed scope. The operator’s performance is linked to that of the operation, seeking to align interests.
Income linked to operations
Once operationally enabled, each cabin may generate income according to its actual occupancy. The result of each unit depends on its revenue, costs and contractual terms.
A space you can also experience
Once the unit is enabled, the holder may enjoy it with no annual night limit, on available dates and subject to confirmed reservations and operational rules.
A long-term vision
The proposal brings together hospitality, enjoyment and a long-term vision. Returns, appreciation and capital recovery are not guaranteed.
Information to support the process: the model contemplates periodic occupancy, revenue and operating reports so the holder can follow the performance of their unit.
A space to enjoy.
With centralized hotel management.

Natura Retreat brings architecture, wellbeing and hotel management together in a project designed to create memorable experiences and a long-term relationship with its shareholders.
A hotel shaped by an integrated vision
Cabins integrated into the forest, designed to preserve privacy, views and a genuine connection with the surroundings.
Solar energy, a wastewater treatment system, a constructed wetland and environmental solutions incorporated into the project.
30 cabins in the first phase, conceived to preserve a thoughtful, personal and distinctive experience.
Wellbeing, immersions and gastronomy at the heart of the model, rather than as ancillary services.
A cabin to enjoy. A hotel operation with income potential.
Once the cabin is ready for use, with no annual night limit, on available dates and subject to confirmed bookings and operating rules.
Natura coordinates reservations, guest service, cleaning, cabin linen service and marketing.
When you are not using it, the cabin may generate accommodation income. Results depend on occupancy, costs and actual operations; they are not guaranteed.
Occupancy, revenue and operating reports to follow the individual performance of your cabin.
Everything needed to enjoy it. No hidden costs.
It includes ordinary services associated with personal use. Administration details and the cabin’s ordinary responsibilities are explained during the private conversation. Anyone who causes damage is responsible for repairing it; this is not a hidden charge within the fee.
The fee may be updated under the applicable documents. Food, beverages and experiences chosen by the shareholder are separate.
