Cooking with origin, flavor and purpose

Raíces is conceived as an open-space gastronomic proposal connected to the territory and designed to accompany the Natura Retreat experience. Its kitchen will seek to work with local ingredients and a thoughtful selection of producers and raw materials.

Here, every recipe is born from respect for local producers, ancestral wisdom and contemporary creativity. The gastronomic proposal celebrates the product, the territory and conscious cuisine.

From vibrant breakfasts to dinners under the stars, every bite is a tribute to the biodiversity that surrounds us.

Raíces will be open to hotel guests, visitors and the general public, while also serving an institutional role within the Natura Retreat ecosystem.
